Untitled (Child, Bathing)

Story behind the piece

A child straight out of the bath, against a background of vertical stripes.

Everything hangs on the water, which is done with small hard highlights left on the shoulders, the chest and one cheek. Nothing else is worked that finely. The stripes behind run top to bottom without a break and go on loosely by comparison.

Each original is signed on the reverse and shipped with a certificate of authenticity, a handwritten note from the artist, and careful studio packaging.
