Untitled (The Reading)

Story behind the piece

A head tipped right back with an open book where the face should be, two bars of light above it.

The halos are stretched long and thin and fray at both ends into the same line that draws the chest and shoulders. A vertical seam runs down the right side of the violet. It is not much, but it is enough to turn a flat field into the corner of a room.

Each original is signed on the reverse and shipped with a certificate of authenticity, a handwritten note from the artist, and careful studio packaging.
