Untitled (Five Hands)

Story behind the piece

Five hands in five colours, closing over a shouting face on black.

Yellow, magenta, green, blue, red and one pale tan hand, all coming in from the edges. They are drawn the same way, but each keeps to a single colour, and that is what stops them reading as one mass. The face underneath is white line and nothing else. Its open mouth is the darkest thing on the sheet.

Each original is signed on the reverse and shipped with a certificate of authenticity, a handwritten note from the artist, and careful studio packaging.
