Untitled (Young Man)

Story behind the piece

A young man in profile looking off frame, against interlocking blocks of colour.

The head is graphite, taken through a long range of greys and down to individual marks on the cheek and jaw. Behind it the background breaks into rounded blocks of orange, green, blue and rose, fitted together like pieces. They do not describe any real space.

Each original is signed on the reverse and shipped with a certificate of authenticity, a handwritten note from the artist, and careful studio packaging.
